Sarah, the property manager is by far the best person for the job! She is so sweet and always willing to help out w any questions I have. She is a keeper, give that girl a raise!!!! She deserves it!! Not to mention she is just very personable and funny! Makes me laugh too!! We just love her!!!! ❤️

Community is nice and quiet. People are very friendly. Potholes could be fixed in alleys. The property could be taken better care of by maintenance. Especially for the price you pay for rent

The actual apartment for sure needs some work before residents move in (more thorough cleaning and such). Otherwise great place to live! It’s super close to a lot of things and so far everyone has been super nice :)

I absolutely love being a resident here. Amazing property management, super nice people, and great experience so far! It has a nice gym, amazing renovation, and good place to have a furry friend or two for sure! The property management definitely has my respect with how respectful they are towards their residents & making sure they feel at home

I live in a community where neighbors care about each other's privacy and property. Where food deliveries, mail, and packages are not stolen. My nearby neighbors have young children, and are very family oriented and well-educated. I still have one neighbor who offers me rides to the local store, and a hand taking out my trash. Another neighbor knows my cats by name, and loves to see them on my deck. I recommend living in this cozy and safe community. I love the professional and friendly management, staff, and maintenance. Thank you Rockwood Sorngs for making this the best home that I've ever had! I look forward to living here another year; lease just renewed.

I love living here but there is often a lot of dog waste left in the grassy areas. It’s absolutely disgusting that residents won’t pick up after their dogs.

Love being here at Rockwood springs apts. Nice general area near a lot of stores and convenient for travel through 109 or clarkson rd. Staff are awesome & very friendly. :)

I have lived here for 20 years off and on. I enjoy the property. The management is great. Maintenance was a little slow to come but when they do, they get the job done. They were short staffed for quite some time tho and I believe they are fully staffed now. I’d recommend it here.

When we first picked up our keys, they let us know they had replaced some carpet and countertops and even re-painted because of how a previous renter had left it. They wanted to make sure we felt at home and comfortable and we greatly appreciate it!

My experience here has been pretty well so far. I am been here for over a year now and I am really liking my neighbors. The community around here is definitely good for walking and if you ever wanna grab a bite to eat there are so many options you can choose from. That are in walking distance. There is also a 24hr gas station across the other side of the street that I love going to to when it comes to needing something sweet. As far as living here in my apartment space I feel like there can be more maintenance crew here so that if you need something done right away it doesn’t take you to long to get to the job site that is needing help.

The swimming pool and gym at my community are very clean. I like using these ameneties. Rockwood Springs management, staff, and maintenance quickly provide professional and effective service. My closest neighbors are very respectful, friendly, and helpful. I have enjoyed living at Rockwood Springs for over 3 years, and would recommend this apartment community to others. I enjoy participating in community rewards. A lot of neighbors vote for my photos of family, friends, and pets. It's fun to see everyone's favorite photos. I plan to continue living in same unit, as I like my closest neighbors. Thank you Rockwood Springs for making my home so enjoyable!

No complaints, its a vibe! The weird smell from the first few months even dissapeared. My roommate did cut their foot on one of the furnishings but we taped it so idk whatever lol.

So far it has been lovely! Very spacious with thick walls to not disturb neighbors or vise versa :) Only issue was our unit was a bit gross upon move-in, especially the kitchen. Nothing a little elbow grease won’t fix!
